        Overall

        I have liked the service ever since we have had it but in the beginning we had three trash cans and over the years two have disappeared and since COVID, nine times out of ten, my trash container holder is dumped over and not put right and trash can is just laying on the ground. It didn't happen in the past but now it happens most of the time trash is picked up. As times differ when they pick it up, I am not able to talk with them. Other than that I am happy with the service.

        They pick up my trash every week like they are supposed to. No problems. I talked with the trash guy once and found him nice and friendly.

        I have been using this service for at least 20 years and can not remember one time that I haven't been totally satisfied with the service that they provide! They also have always held the line on there fees and their drivers and pick-up people are first class and always courteous. Thank you Clean-Sweep for being the best there is!

        Don't use this service the woman that answers the phone is very rude I called to complain about them not picking up my trash which at this time this was about the 6th time that it has happened she just said well there is nothing we can do about it you will just have to wait until next pick up and if you want we can just pick up the can at that time as well !! I call that very poor customer service
