Dream Kitchen & Bath LLC

We contracted with DK&B in February after the freeze to repair damage and remodel the kitchen. They touted high quality work and a permanent workforce that was ready to work every day. We have received sub par quality and over 7 months in, the work is still not complete. There fhave been long periods of inactivity with little communication. Their project mis-managers are absent from day to to day work and only seem to show up if they want to pick up a check. They’ve had little respect for our property and belongings resulting in missing/stolen fixtures and parts, damaged property including their own work. I would steer clear.

Poor quality! They show no prided in the work they do. I still have several problems with the floor and cabinets extra. The money that I've spent on this you would expect a better job than paint on the floor and trash under it. I would not recommend them to eneny one.

MY WIFE AND I THOUGHT REMODELING OUR HOME WOULD BE A NIGHTMARE.. BECAUSE SCHEDULING THE CABINET COMPANY AND GRANITE,PLUMBER,PAINTER ETC JUST THE THOUGHT OF ALL OF THIS WAS OVERWHELMING!! WHEN WE RECIEVED THE ADVERTISMENT FROM DREAM KITCHEN AND BATH COMPLETE REMODELING CENTER IT WAS A RELIEF THERE PRICES WERE SO AMAZING.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME THEY REALLY PUT OUR NEEDS FIRST. WE HAD A PROBLEM PUTTING THINGS TOGETHER BUT THEY MADE IT EASY THERE SPECIALIST GUIDED US AND THE PAINT COLOR TURNED OUT BETTER THAN MY WIFE AND I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR. THE PROJECT TOOK ONE MONTH WHICH IS AMAZING!! THE MANAGER VISITED THE JOB SITE EVERY OTHER DAY HE REALLY WAS ON TOP OF THINGS THE INSTALLERS CLEANED BEHIND THEMSELVES AND THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS THEY SENT A CLEANING COMPANY TO CLEAN THE HOME IN THE END THIS WAS A SURPRISE!! MY WIFE SHE IS IN LOVE WITH OUR HOME SHE LOVES THE NEW KITCHEN, THE FLOORS THE BATHROOMS THE LIVINGROOM ETC I LOVE IT DREAM KITCHEN AND BATH!!! THANK YOU...... I WILL RECOMEND YOU TO ALL MY FRIENDS YOU MADE IT EASY LIKE 1,2,3.
