        Terry built our house in 1996 and has done FOUR (4) additions over the past 22 years. He is presently remodeling a bathroom and wrap-around porch for us; and we would never consider anyone other than him to undertake those projects.

        We have found Terry to be responsive, hands-on, straightforward and honest. He continually strives to stay current with innovations and changes in the building industry. He has a great working relationship with experienced, professional subcontractors; and the ability to make recommendations with foresight toward a pleasing end result.

        We have always thought that Terry felt like our projects were as important as we thought they were.

        We would have no reservation to recommend Terry to anyone seeking a professional builder to provide a quality project.

        I've been a Real Estate Investor and developer for over 30 years. I have to say that the Morcom's are the best builders that I've ever dealt with. They have built several homes for our Special Needs Housing business and everyone of them came in on time and on budget.
