        AN EMPLOYEE AT AUTO MOTIVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS HIT A POLE WITH MY CAR. INSTEAD OF CONTACTING US THEY TRIED TO BUFF OUT THE SCRATCH TO THE FINAL COAT OF PAINT AND SCRATCH IS STILL VISIBLE AND THEY CAUSED FURTURE DAMAGE. OWNER APOLOGIZED AND SAID GET AN ENSTIMATE TO FIX. WE RECEIVED 3 ESTIMATES AVG $1,000. HE SAID THAT IS CRAZY HE ISNT PAYING IT AND HE GOT A BOGUS ESTIMATE WITH NO BUSINESS NAME ON IT FOR $300 AND SEND A CHECK. WHEN HE WAS CONTACTED HE SAID HE HAS A LAWYER ON RETAINER AND WANTS TO GO TO COURT SO HE WON’T HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT TO FIX THE DAMAGE HIS EMPLOYEE CAUSED. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WILL SUE ME IF I TALKED TO PEOPLE ABOUT HIM NOT PAYING FOR OUR CAR. ITS BEEN A YEAR AND THIS BUSINESS’S BAD FAITH HAS LEFT US WITH A DAMAGED CAR THAT WE CAN’T AFFORD TO FIX. I HOPE TIM ROMIG IS HAPPY WITH HIMSELF AND THE IGNORANCE OF HIS ACTIONS HOW HE HANDLED THIS SITUATION. EVERY SINCE BEEN USING JEFF’S AUTO 2 BLOCKS DOWN MY OPINION THEY ARE MUCH MORE REASONABLE AND FRIENDLIER
