This place has no idea about customer service. I ordered an online delivery at 6.45pm - at 8.45pm I called to find out where the order was. I was told "sorry, it's busy, and, by the way, we are not doing several items that were on your order". I was shocked - I had 2 children waiting for supper and there was no willingness to do anything to help unless I spent more money to "upgrade" the items that suddenly were not available. I order from this place regularly, but no more. I can understand being busy, but take care of your customer.
