Lake Carlton Arms

The awesome thing about Lake Carlton Arms is that they offer a ton of things that many apartment complex don't do. That is a main reason why I enjoy living here.

My neighbors here at Carlton Arms are so great. I live on a floor with five other ladies who are so sweet and helpful. We all look out for each other, it's like our own little neighborhood.

Sometimes its hard when you have something break and it needs to be fixed right away. Living at an apartment complex you have to be on their terms and times, here at Carlton Arms North Tampa that is not the case. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and if you need something fixed they are up there that day to fix it. They are very reliable people.

I have had several concerns over the years and they are always very efficient did exactly what I needed. The staff are always courteous and very efficient and all seemed to know what they were doing.

I have lived at Carlton Arms for 6 years now and I feel they make sure you are well taken care of. If there is something that needs to be fixed they are right on top of it and you never have to ask again. I am very happy here.

I like the maintenance staff as well as the amenities available to me here at Carlton Arms. Everyone is always very nice to chat with and I feel at home here.

Living here at Carlton Arms the staff are always right here to help me, there is not another way to put it. I have had a few things I have needed them to help me out with, appliances breaking, and other small issues and they have never made me wait.

I love my apartment at Carlton Arms. I feel I get amazing value for my money.

Carlton Arms is a beautiful place to live. I have really great neighbors. I have a few other women on my floor who I have made great relationships with.

I have been here for 25 years!! The staff in the front is very nice and friendly. A gang of us go up there to have coffee and everyone is very nice to us. I love living here.

I've lived here since 1995, and it couldn't be better! I am so thankful for everything I get especially for the price that I pay. It is so nice to have person washer and dryer in my unit! Everyone is always so courteous.
