i met this company through best buy because of my warranty they was on time very knowledgeable they tried their best to fix my may tag washer but when they couldn’t they set me up to get a brand new one this company is awesome from cynthiatravelingqueen cynthia & bobby from west palm beach

It too bad that I have to give this company any rating at all because they certainly don't deserve one. A Onr Star is Disappointing!! There should be a rating for absolutely horrible!! Redd's Appliance & A/C Repair has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The worst part is that this company has service contracts with H.H.Gregg, Best Buy, and other major companies, so they really don't care if their customers are pleased with their service or not. They get paid either way. I'm still waiting to get my repair done after almost a month of waiting! I was told that a technician would come to my home yesterday to complete my repair. I was given a 5 hour time window. The technician never called and never showed up! Standby: more to come

MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY EVER!! My home warranty company contracted with them for dishwasher hinges. They supposedly ordered the part on September 14 and it would take 3 days to get in. On September 17, they called me to ask the model number. They obviously never ordered the part. On the 17th they stated that it would be in on September 22. After 2 days of calling and texting, I finally talked to the owner, Frank on September 24. He said he had no idea when it would be in and if I didn't like it to get another company. He sounded very intoxicated and was yelling and rambling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
