Was recommended by very happy customers and I also had the same amazing service as they did. Mentioned the one bad review to owner and she explained how it wasn't even her awning she just replaced some parts and it was the persons own fault for leaving their awning open in a storm!! I found the owner to be beyond helpful and professional always returning my calls promptly and the awning itself is better than I even thought it could be, SO happy and satisfied and will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who needs an awning. I purchased a new awning for these crooks, and within six weeks it have broken. The three stabelizing arms snapped. The woman who owns the business took forever to return calls, and then refused to repair the awning that had broken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
