I am a repeat customer - The first experience was great. However, this time, it has been 2 months since we ordered the hot tub - no one seems to know who is doing what, the person who answers the phone needs training, for she is very rude. Now, I was told the tub would be delivered on Saturday, yet each day, I am told it will be tomorrow. Today is now Wednesday. This was an anniversary gift for October 5 - It is now October 19 - The hot tub was ordered early September. Not worth the hassle.
