Got the right treatment . Was very helpful working with me knowing i didn't have insurance and making this right since other treatment wasn't working

The staff is friendly, but be careful to ask about cost because we went for my son's acne and they ask you to come back in two months for a follow up and charge again, the same amount for the follow up. So, basically they charge you every two months to come back and see if what they prescribed is working. I didn't find out until I received the bill. So, per the prescription you won't actually see results until 4- 6 months which means they get paid at least 2-3 times before I can see that anything is working. Mmmm, no thanks.

Dr. Steiner was great. He is very warm and takes the time to talk to you and look at anything/everything you have concerns with. He's the kind of doctor that gives you confidence and trust... you'd want to go out for a couple drinks with him later too!



Only thing that caused me not to give this a 5 star is the hidden charge that bothered me. I paid out of pocket (no insurance) and asked for the prices upfront.. they told me about the fees for the biopsy but failed to mention that I would receive an addition bill from them for $75.00.



As a result, I will probably look for another dermatology office for future issues however you may like them if you get all the correct information upfront. The staff is great but the billing department lacks understanding and "bedside" manner.
