Very unprofessional. Employee repeatedly stated that I had taken all of the profit out of the job by purchasing the equipment from someone else. And repeated stated what a terrible purchase I had made. Then charged me for the time to try and install a part of equipment when the employee didn't know how to install it and said that it was the wrong part. I verified that it was the correct part and called him back and he said that I would have to find someone else to install it because he didn't know how. I was quoted $200-300 dollars for installation, but was charged over $500. Not only will I never use Christoffersen Heating again, but I will be sure to tell everyone in the future to stay away from them.

Great service from professionals. I love the special they run before winter for checking your furnace. It gives you peace of mind. I would recommend this company to anyone.
