Very Friendly staff and they make sure you don't over do it. They make you feel like family.

About four years ago I injured my SI joint. It was the most pain I ever experienced. A friend recommended Touchstone. Mike, the therapist worked with me slowly and carefully until I recuperated. He knew exactly what to do. He not only is a licensed therapist but he also is certified in SI joint problems, which is not always easy to find. I still do the exercises that he taught me and I have very little problems today. I use to take shots for the problem and even contemplated surgery at one time. But thats in the past now. I have a daughter who is a physical therapist so I know a little about theropy. And believe me he is good.

Touchstone Physical Therapy is hands down the best place in central Arkansas to get your physical therapy. Michael Teston is the best Physical Therapist in the state! His staff and knowledge are both top notch. Michael has worked on me several times and I always left feeling better then when I came in!!!

When I would always arrive everyone greeted me with a hello and a smile. All of my appointments were on time and I got out at a reasonable time.

In addition to the treatment that helped me so much, I appreciated the way Michael explained what was causing my pain and what treatments and exercises were designed to do to correct my problem. He always took time to answer my questions. He and his whole staff were very friendly, courteous and professional.
