Safelite AutoGlass

Today I had a safelite driver pull out in front me and stop on Brockington St. in Sherwood, AR. he stopped in my lane and never looked because he was looking at something in his hands. If left up to me I would drug test him and if he came up positive I would fire him and if he came up negative I would fire him for stupidity.

I called safelite for windshield replacement after notifying my insurance company. I have had a great experience (one phone call) with their mobil service in the past. In November of 2015 they replaced a windshield in Arkadelphia, but this time (Feb/2016) they were not willing to travel the same distance from the service dept. in Little Rock. The problem seemed to be a breakdown in communication between the 3-4 national call center reps (who were all very nice and professional), and the local service center who performed the work. Finally, one rep suggested we conference in the local safelite shop in LR and after explaining the situation they gladly agreed to travel to Arkadelphia, but it took 3 safelite calls and 2 insurance co calls over a 2 day period. Everything worked out, but if I were safelite I would work through this confusing communication issue with call center reps and their local repair shops.

I had been quoted for the wrong part and was told that I had to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I came into the store and the lady was very kind, they and beat the price of the cheapest competitor,and got my window fixed the same day!
