Susan Higgins gives the best manicures and pedicures I've ever had! Not only is she a master nail technician, but you can tell she loves what she does. My nails have been healthier since I began having Shellac manicures several years ago. The best part is the manicure looks as good at day 14 as it did when I left the salon.
