We at JG Staffing seek to provide clients with highly qualified selected associates for vacation and absence replacements as well as special projects and peak loads. The temporaries are JG Staffing employees and remain at the job assignment for as long, or as short, as it lasts. We handle the weekly payroll for those employees as well as all payroll costs, benefits, and all employment related functions. Whether you need 1 or 100, we can guarantee that our temporary employees will have exactly the experience and skills you need. TEMPORARY to HIRE - Try before you buy, help reduce bad choices and save time and money Our Temp to hire process gives you the opportunity to “try an employee on for size”. You have the time you need to carefully evaluate the candidate within your company’s environment, working with all of your current staff before actually hiring them. Should you decide that the employee is a good fit, we will convert that employee to your payroll and work with you on a competitive pro-rated fee. DIRECT HIRE - Pre-screened employees reduce costs This process allows the client to interview only those applicants that have met the rigorous pre-screening, pre-testing qualifications. You hire the employee of your choice and we charge a one-time competitive fee. ON-SITE ADMINISTRATION For high volume, high turnover, or time prohibitive human resource functions, we can provide an on-site manager who will manage your day-to-day human resource operations for your JG Staffing Inc. workforce. This allows your current human resource department to concentrate on other important duties while we handle the total JG Staffing Inc. staffed labor needs. If you can provide the space for our manager, we will provide everything else, including peace of mind!
