The Blind Man

We love our new shutters!!! Contacted 3 different companies for quotes to replace the shutters in our master bath. I was impressed with the salesman and the products he showed me, so I ordered from Sean with The Blindman. From the start these guys/gals did everything right. The quality is top notch and their people are too. They called me to keep me posted on delivery and install which was right on time. We were so happy we place another order to replace the shutters in our master bedroom. I don’t usually do reviews, but they exceeded my expectations and I wanted to tell others about it.

Worst customer service ever!! Double the amount of time that was quoted for install. Kept making up excuses why they were not in yet. I finally got everything in yesterday and when I was sitting down I looked at my roller shades and I noticed that they are already starting to fray!!! They have only been in a few weeks. I am so sick of dealing with these people and now this happens. Do NOT use this company!!!

I cannot express how wonderful these blinds are! If your looking for new blinds that will last a long time with quality that is affordable this is the place. I have had mine now for the past twenty years and they continue to amaze me. It's great how they stand by their products and have parts to repair them if you need that too. The Blindman stands behind their warranty and are easy to work with, they have integrity and pride in their name. They are always friendly and help you find the best solution in new blinds, or repairs. I appreciate the fact that after twenty years, they are a company that will help me when I need it. My sister did not purchase her blinds from them, but they have assisted in her repairs as well. We have picked up parts and they have also shipped them. If you are looking for quality and affordability besides someone who will be here for years, this is the place. I recommend this company for many services including standard/custom blinds and repairs that will last years.

Walking to the company to ask for a Quote (2/25/16), She promised to email the quote next day 2/26/16, Today 2/29/16 still waiting for the info. I call and ask, (S), she said I have no idea.. (R). promise to email.

The installers didn't install the valances correctly and they fell down a few hours after the installers left. One hit me. One hit a glass desk. And upon calling, they said they might be able to have someone come look at it in a couple of days. Disappointed. Shoddy work and horrible customer service. Oh, and they left my house a mess with dust all over the furniture.
