I wanted to give a review on the work done yesterday for the rock chip repair. I believe his name was Jeff. He started the work before I could come down to sign the papers and had started filling in the cracks and pit. I noticed that he used a piece of what looks like old transparent tape to hold the resin in the pit. I was surprised by this because I thought the quality of repair should be by using proper repair cover sheet, such as, a Mylar repair cover sheet. When he was done curing it with UV light, the pit was still there as I could feel the indentation as I ran my finger on it. In fact, he asked me to check it and I told him the indent is too much. He responded that it was how it should be. But I had to keep inspecting it and was concern this was not a quality repair. I have done a repair on my own before with a kit on a different vehicle years ago which I did flawlessly so I know what kind of quality can be achieved. I read reviews which appeared to be good, which is the reason I choose you to repair my glass. I highly recommend that he be provided the cover sheets instead of using an old worn transparent tape to do the job. I speak for everyone when I say quality is better than quantity, even if you as a company want quantity to rack up revenue. At the end of the day, before Jeff left the scene, he did ask if I wanted to have him try again and fill the indent. So, of course, I suggest he do so. This time he used a diamond glass window sticker that you probably give customers to hold in the resin. Again, this is poor way to keep the resin in the pit. This should be unacceptable! If I ran this company, I would be appalled by this procedure. But most of the pit was filled after the second attempt. I am sorry to say, I will question using Diamond again to prevent myself from having to worry about the steps and equipment used to perform the repairs/replacement of windshield. I only want the best and seek for that company who can deliver.

This is the best auto service ever! It was fast, prices were great which is excellent because I am One Broke Girl. The shop is CLEAN and it doesn't take very long. I walked across the street to Kneader's (Yummm!) and by the time I got back from lunch my car was done and I was on my way. Now I get free rock chip repair on my car FOR-EVER! Cha-ching! and since it is close to my house I am in and out in about ten minutes. And they gave me cookies. I love anyone who gives me cookies.
