Muffler Man

After having my car battery backwards jumped at Advanced Auto parts in lincoln park, my car was completely ruined with electrical problems. I had my car towed to Muffler Man where I dealt with Joe the Manager. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. It took a few weeks of ordering parts and repairs, but Joe communicated everything to me and gave me an amazing receipt that detailed every single move done to the car, so that I can take it to Advanced auto parts to get my money back. Your the most honest and caring mechanic I have ever met. Thank you so much for helping my family through this stressful time.

I have dealt with many mechanics over the years, and I have to say Joe is one of the best. He was very honest with me and gave me a very fair price for the work that had to be done on my car. Without hesitation I will return to his shop if the need arises. Two thumbs way up! Phil N.

I have had several cars in for service with Joe. He is honest, does the job and isn't just trying to sell me extra work. As an :auto-illiterate" I need to make sure my mechanic is competent and honest. Joe is great!

went to muffler man today basically broke and joe looked out for me didnt charge an arm and leg like other estimates from those corporate folks u no the ones able to car take car home same day no long wait kind and courteous showed me what was going to be done didnt hustle me around thanks joe good looking out kb aka medical man aka single father !!!!!!!

This was the worse place I've ever been. Went for brakes. Ended up getting tierods too. Then days later right side was bad. Went back and they said fixed it but I was more messed up then when I first came in. Do not go there. Pretty shady people.

Honest mechanics, very good prices and fast service. You control all the work, and they keep every part they replace and show you the problems.
