A-1 Carpet & Air Duct

This review is for A-1 Restoration in Hamilton, OH. My advice is DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Not only was their work sub-par, but I had to deal with unauthorized charges made to someone else's credit card (does not live at my residence)-- they were forced to be refunded by the card company. A-1 Restoration never sent a bill, despite my many requests, and instead put a LIEN ON MY PROPERTY!! They charged me a lien fee and late fee, which I paid, along with any past due balance (because they never sent a bill). I was told the lien would be lifted in 3-5 days of receipt of payment. I tracked my check and they received it almost ONE MONTH AGO AND HAVE STILL NOT RELEASED THE LIEN!! And surprise, surprise... they won't return a single call, email, or text! I also find it very odd that depending on the website, they have different addresses, multiple phone numbers, and sometimes go by A-One Restoration. Most companies have one legitimate address because they are reputable.
