        Stay away! Sold a new unit that has had numerous repairs in 3 years! Not happy with this company at all!

        These people are great!

        I called at 5:30 p.m. on Friday to get a quote to repair or replace my AC system. The president of the company was at my house one hour later and gave me a very detailed written quote outlining four options. I waited till the next day to get a quote from one other outfit and then called Covenant back to ask them to do the job (their price was better and I believe the equipment is better quality). They brought a window AC unit out and installed it Saturday afternoon to help keep me comfortable until Monday when they installed the new system. The installation was complete by mid-afternoon on Monday. The president of the company came back out Monday evening to check the installation and ensure I was happy with everything. Good people, good prices and good service!
