The service at Southern Expediting was horrible. The driver made it seem like I interrupted his day and it was a hastle for him to take my phone call. Afterwards, the driver proceeded to tell me that it would make more sense for me to mail it and it was stupid to be using a courier service. Are you kidding me, what kind of company tells me I'd be better off not using them. Who taught him customer service? I have no complaints with the actual delivery because the letter got there on time but I cannot believe how poor the customer service was and I will be telling people NOT to use Southern Expediting.
