Charged $100 poor credit fee to move services we've had since 2008 to new home we qualified for through traditional financing with almost 800 FICO with all 3 credit bureaus. LCJMWS claimed this was due to some sort of special matrix they use of which the credit bureaus are aware. Spoke with management at Experian who stated they were unaware of their matrix and agreed it appears to be fraud on LCNMWS's part.



Due to this I filed against them with federal trade commission and other entities.



Conveniently our last bill at old residence is over twice what it normally is despite the fact we vacated the premises before 20th of month.



I smell a rat.
