        Overall

        Karl's Glass & Mirror installed my dual pane windows five years ago. They did a fabulous job in an efficient and timely manner. I am so happy with their appearance, look and energy savings.

        Horrible. Used them many times years ago. Remodeling a house and had them out again. Slow, hard to reach, hand-written quotes that don't align when you have more than one. And then declining portions of the job after already moving forward. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Too bad….
