We were so fortunate to walk into Affordable Windows and Doors and meet Bonnie! She was immediately very comfortable to deal with and gave us beautiful design ideas we never would have thought of for our kitchen remodel. She returned all of our calls within 24 hours and she was very precise in communicating our next steps. We were never left wondering where we were in the process. We can't praise Bonnie enough!

Great customer service, very professional with great suggestions when we needed advice with remodeling our kitchen, they took care of ordering our island cabinets, never realized how much detail is involved in choosing an island, the kitchen designer there also worked with us in our decision with counter tops. will be shopping here again.

Great little place! They were very helpful in helping me with selecting the right type of countertop to fit my needs. Nothing bad to say.

* 3 problems with door - first gold screws w/ black hardware. Second was missing door frame extensions. Resolved each individually. 3rd was off color key/deadbolt lock (brown with black hardware). Door was installed when noticed. Cust service insisted that I remove the deadbolt and trade for the new (take lock off door). They scheduled 1 delivery (have to be home) which I missed. Next one they scheduled w/out me, told me I missed and that I would need to go to store (25 miles). I wouldn't have minded but I was pretty patient through other order errors. I'd go elsewhere next time, for sure.
