Hello yellow pages users, my experience with this company was great. When I called, I told them the problem i was having with my key and they quickly knew what I was talking about and the solution. They came out in a quickly timed manner. When they got to my car, they greeted me well and professionally. They then started to make my key and programmed it. They even gave me an emergency key for no additional cost. I always recommend them to my friends and look forward to using them again. Thank you florida usa locksmith!!

This is not true at all. Plus, please don't call my phone again and threaten me ever again. That is very immature and not the right way to talk to some one.

We hired them to remake a chipped key that we lost previously. Paid $180 for a new key, shorlty after he left we tried to start the car and the key only worked after multiple tries, so we called them back and told them what was happening and he stated that we would have to buy a new key cylinder. He returns after we buy the parts and says that "on second thought maybe it was the new key that was the problem", so he makes another key and tries to charge us another $180 for the second key. We argued the fact that we shouldn't have to pay for his mistakes, and ultimately ask for a refund, which he refuses and leaves with the new key and my money. Terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
