He came out to look at a broken slat and it wasn't going to be easy to replace so we passed on it. We were charged a $75 consultant fee, which we knew about before hand but is not ideal.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Have had nothing but problems. So we decided to go with this company after comparing other companies and have regreted that decision. We had our free apraisal in early October and they didn't even start the work until late December and didnt finish until January. They told us 12 month no interest so we figured that started when the fence actually got billed. Nope the 12 month no interest starts the day you apply so our 12 months no interest turned to 9 months. Its only been a few months and our gate no longer closes and the fence posts rock back and forth. My husband called and they said its a $75 dollar fee just for them to come look at it and that it wouldn't be covered under warrenty. This is rediculous! I would avoid them at all costs even if it means paying a higher price!

I had an appointment for 10:00 am for a qoute took a half a day off work waited until 11:30 before I called to ask where their rep was. They told me they were not sure where he was they would give him a call and call me back later. I told them I lost a half a days wages to be here and they told me maybe he forgot what day he was supposed to be here. I said does that happen a lot and they said he was only coming to give me a qoute something more important might have came up. Then asked if I still wanted them to call me back. When I said if you can't make an appointment for a qoute how could I trust them to get the work done. Then they said so yes or no should we call you back. I said ummm no thanks, and they hung up with apologizing or even saying good bye.

I had a fence built by these guys and the work was crappy. My gate blew over due to wind and when I had somebody come out and look at it, the gate wasn't even secured into the aluminum frame. Vinyl Industries told me that they have no warranty on the gate and I am out of luck. Thanks for the great product. I would never use these guys again.....

this company came and fixed my fence even when they knew it was a cheap competitors fence. they did a great job two, wish i would have gone with them in the first place

My experience with Vinyl Industries was very good. I found them to be honest, fair and put a lot of effort into ensuring customer satisfaction. They work very hard to keep a schedule you can trust and everyone from the salesperson to the installer were attentive and kept the final goal of a quality experience and produat number one on their list of priorities. I would strongly suggest anyone needing a fence or deck contact them.
