        Pretty much everything you read above... is a total crock of BS. They have terrible customer service, and they even may have been the reason my AC went from making an odd noise, to not working entirely. When we called to take them up on their "guarantee" to come out again and check it out free of charge (after we paid a $75 service charge for them to look at us like we were crazy and nothing was wrong with it), THEY REFUSED! Said they could be here in 3 days... with no guarantee. I may have to take off work randomly... in a 4 hour window. That's not good business. We called a competitor and they could be here the next morning, with a 30 minute courtesy call ahead of time. 1000x better service with competent folks. Will never call MO-KAN for any work ever again.

        Overall

        This company was unable to repair my furnace issue, and in the process mis-wired the unit and cost me more money to have their mistakes repaired. The owner (Scott Kenyon), after multiple visits and multiple charges (spanning 2 months), finally told me "we don't really work on a lot of electric furnaces" (which make up about half of the units on the market). Then he attempted to dismiss the problem by telling me I didn't understand how a heat pump worked and that the obvious issues with the unit were normal. During the last visit, Kenyon ran over my gate post and left without saying a word. I called his mobile phone and the office every day for a week and never got a return call. That matter has been turned over to the Sheriff's Department. This company is basically one person, Scott Kenyon, who is an inept HVAC tech in the first place, and a couple of relatives managing his office.
