All carpet cleaners and carpet cleaning companies are all the same. I might just as well hire the company that quotes the lowest price. Usually not. Some carpet cleaning companies offer a low price to persuade you to call, but then add on services you thought were included in the price. It would be like a car dealer quoting you for a new car and then telling you the steering wheel and windshield are extra.
Upholstery Cleaning
You can expect us to come to your home and inspect your furniture for potentially permanent stains or damage. He or she will first vacuum the furniture to be cleaned, and then pre-treat potential stains. Following that, we will perform the upholstery cleaning according to the fabric care specifications. At the end of the process we will talk with you about the cleaning and allow you to inspect our work.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
We use the Rotovac because it uses a combination of rotary nylon cleaning brush bristles and spray jet to thoroughly clean tile and grout. The spray jets can use heated or unheated water at high pressure while the nylon brush bristles scrub the floor surface, the vacuum slots then suck up the water, grime and grit and results in clean, sparkling tile and brilliant grout once again!
Vacuuming
Although regular vacuuming can remove dry soil and debris from your carpeting, it leaves behind oily soils and particles that are produced from cooking vapors, pets, and dirt tracked in from outside the home.

How/why are they charging this price? The answer is simple—Bait & Switch! Here is a typical scenario: Once inside your home, you are informed that the advertised price is for ‘basic steam cleaning’–in other words, clear water. Take it from me; you cannot properly clean even a lightly soiled carpet without proper cleaning agents, such as pre-conditioner, emulsifier & various spot cleaners. Oh, they have these products on their truck, but if they USE them on your carpets, your $6 a room price just went up to $75. Then, there’s the high pressure add on sales (Scotchguard tm, deodorizing) as well as a charge for moving any furniture. Throw in the ‘nominal travel charge’ and the 2 rooms you thought you would be paying $12 to clean have just cost you $300, not to mention the lousy job performed by the inexperienced technician you’ve been sent! These companies hire right off the street and pay on a commission basis. Commission on what? On all of the up sell, of course! They’re routinely sued, go out of business, and resurface under a new name. Save yourself the trouble!
