        Welcome to the Excel Property Inspections, first let us tell you a little bit about our company, we have been servicing the tri-county area since 2003; our office is centrally located in Broward County. All of our inspectors are state licensed, and not only work to meet the standards that have been set by the American Society of Home Inspectors and the Florida Association of Building Inspectors, but try to exceed them as well. All inspectors have over 10 years of experience in the inspection and construction industries. All inspection (excluding environmental) reports are computer generated and emailed at the end of the business day (which of course gives you and your client immediate documentation of the property's deficiencies).

        I had my home inspected by this company and they did a great job. Not only did the find issues that I would have never know, but they also gave me an estimated cost to repair these issues by licensed contractors (the cost estimates were spot on by the way). They are very professional (the inspector came out with a lap top and printed my reportat the end of the inspection)! They invited to be their during the entire inspection, which I really appreciated so that as the inspector told me "you can see what I am paying for" and so that I can ask questions . In the report they also gave me maintenance advice on how to keep items in the home in tip top condition. I have bought numerous homes (I was in the military and now work for an investment banking company) and have had numerous inspections. Excel, though, is the best inspection company that I have dealt with from initial call to closing. I highly recommend their services.
