Pinnacle was recommended to me by a contractor who did some restoration work at my home. I had a GFI in the bathroom not functioning properly, had someone replace with a new one I bought and it did not reset or test. I called Pinnacle Electric and they scheduled me the next day. Not knowing if the GFI was bad, electrical issues in the house, or just installed improperly. Knowing that a charge of $89 to check it out was inevitable, it needed to be addressed. Pinnacle arrived on time and checked the GFI to find it was not installed correctly. I was not charged and very pleased. Pinnacle Electric is an honest, professional and reliable company. Thanks Guys!

Pinnacle Electric has been my stand by/go to Electrical company for many years. They have been easy to work with and very helpful on even the smallest jobs. I have referred not only business customers to them but my personal friends as well!!!

Saw one of their trucks working at my neighbors business, asked them to come look at my lights. he actually had the stuff to fix it and had it working within hours. I will certainly give his number to anyone that asks. Great Service!!

I called to get a free estimate. They said I owed them $85 after coming out though (hardly free). They said I needed a new light switch and it would cost an additional $85 to have it installed. They wanted $170 to do 15 minutes of work and change a light switch. I called to offer a fair price of paying $85 total and Jim was rude and told me he was sending the "free estimate" bill to collections. Don't call Pinnacle Electric!

Had to deal with another company prior because I was assigned a terrible company, IDEAL Services... I saw reviews of Pinnacle Electric and decided to give them a try. Had the friendliest and knowledgable technician come out and fixed the problem in less than hour. I called them at 9:30am and gave me a 1 hr. window, can you believe it??? Instead of the typical 3 to 4 hr windows. Was at my house in 45mins. fixed the problem and was charged a reasonable rate. Would recommend to anyone, top notch company!!!
