        Overall

        This guy claims to give personalized service which results in him not giving service as expected at all. Buyer beware when contracting with Tim as he will give excuses instead of professional service and if you expect to have balanced chemicals you will be left with paying him but taking care of your own pool if you want to be able to swim in it.
