        Eddie was our service guy and he did a great job! Inspected everything and showed us the readings that were all within regulation proving everything in working correctly! Shocked us when he told us no fee since this considered a follow up call!! Highly recommend Bay Area and Eddie!

        We had Justin come out to service our existing system due to it not running. He was polite, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. He diagnosed a clogged drain line in a matter of seconds and had our air up and running in no time at all. We will be using Bay Area for our two homes from here forward! Thank you so much!!!

        We had a technician come out Wednesday, July 3, 2019 to look at our a/c as it was in the 90's outside and the house wouldn't get below 80 degrees. They came, claimed it was an easy fix, charged us what now feels like way too much because he immediately tried to upsell us, "fixed" it and left. It is now Saturday, July 6, 2019 and the house is hot all over again. We called the emergency line so someone could come for a follow up and were met with nothing but rude technicians and an extremely unprofessional supervisor that "explained" that if it were the same parts, it would be free of charge, but if it were different part(s) it would be an additional $125 JUST for them to show up plus whatever parts needed to be fixed. Firstly, if it were the same parts, that means you knowly gave my faulty parts. It's been 3 days the parts are more than likely fine. Secondly, if it's something different, your technician was shady or completely underqualified. Period. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. We will be seeking legal counsel.

        I have been with Bay Area Heating and Cooling for many years, and they are fantastic. Always responsive when I need them, the service agreement is affordable and they do excellent work keeping my heating and cooling unit working in excellent form. They are always prompt and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone, Lela Musarra
