Wendy's

I went to this Wendy's location after a 12 hr work day to grab something to eat on my way home at 9:00pm. The drive-thru person did not have a warm greeting or welcoming greeting and seem very impatient and did not speak clearly. After placing my order and arriving at the window to pay and my order being delivered I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager who quickly apologized. I then looked in my bag with contain my order a found no condiments and ask oh I have no condiments the manager did not offer and I had to ask. When I left on my way home because I was tired from a long hard day and I had to face the next day the same. I notice not a smell of freshly cooked burger of any kind......If I had not been beaten down from my work day I would have return to demand a refund !!!!! The service was horrible and I will spread the word about the service at this location.
