Jalapeno's Mexican Restaurant

😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷🚮 yesterday I got so sick from eating their tamales witch the only sell on Tuesday . When I went back to confront the manger he told me I had never ate there and kicked me out while his red hair wife’s yelled at me smh wouldn’t suggest eating here . My wife also had hair in her food. Once I went back the second time I noticed employees eating over the food they ate cooking with no gloves or hair nets and the kitchen just looking all around disgusting or trifling

Food was terrible , my dad ate two bites and tossed his cookies . The cottage in next door is to die for but this food is trash the service is trash . There churros are disgusting and there tamales gave my dad food poisoning witch they only sell on Tuesday . Wouldn’t recommend taking small kids there the place is disgusting

I am seriously unsure how this guy is in business. this was a second attempt at placing an order. The first time was horrible with mis-wrapped food, not taking multiple credit cards, mushy food, and someone who seemed to care less when the the concerns were voiced. We thought another try was warranted. A bunch of us wanted to order and again this place would not take credit cards and basically made the order-making process very dissatisfying. Some still placed an order anyway, and the rest placed an order with the daily bagel some time after. the daily bagel showed up first. i guess all the positive reviews must only be if you go in-house because jalapenos certainly has not impressed this bunch of folks.

I do not usually right reviews, but my first experience with Jalapeno's was horrible. A group of us at a government building placed an order. It took over 30 minutes to get through to place a phone order. it took well over an hour to get the order for breakfast. The food was mushy and did not impress. They would not accept multiple credit cards which made the ordering process even more inconvenient. They mis-wrapped a burrito and someone ate egg when they were not supposed to. When I called to express our disappointment, all the rep did was defy each complaint/issue with his own explanation. No recommendations from this reviewer.
