Cornerstone Pros-Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electrical

Cornerstone did a complete replumb of my property. After a few years, a pipe came apart in the ceiling causing THOUSANDS in damages. After being assured numerous times, by multiple employees, they were a company based upon principals and would resolve the issue, as the was a direct result of poor workmanship by Cornerstone. I hired a reputable company to fix the damages (I personally paid for out of pocket) they decided they were not able to pay for the damages because the fitting was not available that came apart. Please keep in mind the fitting was lost as the ceiling was falling down because of all the water that had flooded the home. I have multiple photos showing the pipe separation. Additionally, every time you call their office, the supervisors are on a call or in a meeting and you are told they will call you back. Unfortunately, this is not accurate as I was lucky to get a call back 1 out of 10 times. Using email communication, I was lucky to get a response 1 out of 5 times. I would strongly recommend using a different company for your plumbing needs if you want a company that is honest and stands behind their work.

I originally called Ierna AC and received a quote from them. Cornerstone was more expensive, but they were willing to price match. Matt from Cornerstone was extremely nice and was willing to just sit down and talk for the longest time! He was a very happy guy and knew what he was talking about. His personality won me over, and so we decided to pursue Cornerstone for a new AC unit.

During the day of install on 11/7/18, Travis and Josh recently came and installed a new AC Unit, and all the bells and whistles :) They were professional and courteous, and extremely helpful. Highly recommended :) Hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for reading :)

I received a comprehensive estimate for each type of water heater. Reese was very professional, experienced and accommodating. He explained each item to my wife and I. This is the second time I have used Cornerstone and have been greatly pleased each time. I would highly recommend Reese for any Plumbing work needed or estimates!!!

Ac went out on Good Friday. The installation company, I found out went out of business! I called Cornerstone, with whom I have a service contract and they sent someone right away. They diagnosed the problem, but the parts vendor was closed because of the holiday. So, we had to wait till Monday. Cornerstone was great though and had my part by 2pm Monday and their tech Scott was at my house by 3:30 to install it. They even contacted the AC manufacturer and got the part covered under warranty. Scott was very polite and efficient in installing the part. I strongly recommend Cornerstone for all your electrical/plumbing needs based on my usage of them for several needs.My only regret is that I was not aware of them when I replaced my AC unit by an apparent "fly by night" company!
