        I'm a disabled veteran and can not walk. Scott the manager here is awesome. he treated me with respect. I had the issue with my truck's swinging/lose tailpipe diagnosed at another shop in town. Scott beat their price for the same job by more then 75 %. They were honest and fair to a old disabled Combat Veteran (most of the time Service vendors try to take advantage of my disability and age) That's why I gave them 5 stars

        The mechanics at Quality Brake and Muffler on S. Tacoma Way in Lakewood were honest, helpful and saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs. It is comforting to know there are still folks who aren't in business to take advantage of customers, especially those from out of state. I reccomend this location with gratitude. H.         I have had quite a bit of exhaust work done at Quality, and I can say I have been completely impressed. Work is of great quality, and depending upon the job they are extremely fast. Most of my work has been done within my hour and a half lunch break. They are very great at accomodating to your personal needs and wants. Basically they will make sure that whatever you want done to your vehicle gets done to your vehicle. I intend on referring all my friends there if they need Quality work done at a great price.
