If you are gathering options, Wiz Team wants a $250 fee to come out and investigate even if you know you have mold. Although this money is used off the final bill (which you don't know if it's been inflated or deflated because you can't afford a comparison).
Talking to them, they seem to be qualified to do removal, but I can't vouch for them unless they do the work.
