Horrid service and horrible prices my water smells of sulfer and the employees keep telling me they sent someone out but behold no one shows up 3 days now i waited for this person to fix the rotten egg odor emitting from my showers and sinks. Why do i pay so much if the equipment is faulty

If i could give less then one star i would i asked the to pick up filter on june 1 its now july 5th i moved from the address and they still have not picked it up and today they are harassing me and threatening me because the gate is locked at a house i no longer reside at or have access to if they had picked it up before the 3rd of june like they said they would this would not be an issue. They want to charge me $414 when the initial cost was $58.96 now they are threatening me with the cost of the filter which is $2000 all because they didn't do their job properly and are trying to line their pockets with late fees and extra costs that shouldn't exist because i requested it be removed a month ago. IF YOU DON'T LIKE BEING SCAMMED AND HARASSED STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The girls in the office are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great working with them.
