Recommend everything about this class.
The people who work there are exemplary and that’s a testament to the management and ownership living and leading by example. I have NEVER been a group activity person and the staff here helps you be completely independent if you want and yet they help perfect your form when needed. When you need help they are physically by your side until your comfortable and never let you feel lost or alone. They are all encouraging and motivating in a positive manner. Every corner of the gym is always clean and welcoming. The class itself is challenging for all levels of fitness and they help modify it to insure your reaching your own personal goals and pushing yourself within your own physical limitations. After having a difficult birth of my son followed up with invasive surgeries I was unable to do anything for a year. My body is still not 100% healed which has hindered my workouts so I am doing this class with many physical issues which I am already noticing improvement on and only after 2 weeks of attending. You always feel great leaving class as you work on your cardio, endurance, flexibility, coordination and strength. The heart rate monitors are awesome because you can physically see what your doing and burning while your there and then you get a email showing your heart rate and what you burned which allows you to set new personal goals and watch your own growth. They also serve a purpose and work with a new charity every month which you get to be a part of. You get to become a better version of yourself while serving a greater purpose.

I look forward to going to class, even if I have to get up at 4a to attend the 5a class...
The only regret you will have is not trying a class...
