Concentra Urgent Care

If I had the option to go anywhere else, I would! You make an appointment, if you're not here on time, they cancel on you, but they make you wait hours after your appointment time to see anyone. My husband literally had to wait 2 hours past his scheduled appointment time before he was called back. I'm sitting in the waiting room as we speak having showed up early for my appointment and I've been here 45 minutes so far. Still waiting. If they cant handle their work load, either buff up workers or dont make the appointments. I have kids. This is costing me money being here.

Do not waste your time. This place said they accepted my insurance, changed their minds and said that they wouldn't. Wasted an hour of my time for nothing! Sad excuse for a medical facility!
