Horrible experience. Ms. Olds was late, no showed, lost our measurements, and came unprepared. Her hired help cut off the fence posts for our Simtek fence and voided a 25 year warranty. Not enough concrete was used per post, the holes were not dug to the agreed upon depth, the fence was installed crooked and missing caps. One worker stole cylinder blocks from our neighbors to fill a gap instead of using professional materials. It was a complete nightmare. We asked for our money back but received no reply and no money. The only way we could recoup our loss now is to take her small claims court. Stay completely away from this builder and pay extra to a more reputable contractor. I would rate zero stars if given the option.
