Timmy has done work for me several times on large appliances at my home and I have always been happy with the experience. He returns calls promptly and makes every effort to get there as soon as possible. Once he diagnoses the problem he explains it and you get an honest assessment of the repair that needs to be done. His prices are reasonable and he doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need. In fact, I was having some trouble with my dryer once and Timmy found that it was simply a piece of tape from the factory that had come loose and he fixed it up and only charged for the visit.
