THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN SCAMMING YOU! Their air duct technicians will absolutely lie to you! They sold a warranty to me that they will not honor. To make it even worse, their office manager practically verbally abused me when I complained about how their technician had given me completely inaccurate information. They only want your money and have absolutely no interest in satsifying their customers. Avoid at all cost!

We had vent & duct work completed last April. The technician made serious recommendations for additional services claiming that all the service & treatments are tax deductible. We agreed to the additional services & treatments.

When we contacted MHS for tax paperwork, not only did they state that the technician's claim was false, but also that he was no longer employed by their company.

When I was finally contacted back after 3 weeks of phone calls to MHS, the "customer service representative" that I was forced to deal with was not only rude and condecending, but he yelled at me and insinuated that I was lying.

I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. They are completely lacking in customer service. They clearly employ incompetent people. They make false claims.

An employee who performs a service, regardless if they are employed with the company at a later date, was still acting as an agent of their company at the time of service and what he/she says needs to be backed up by the company.

I seriously doubt that we needed those extra "services and treatments" that cost us nearly $2000. What a sham.

A pathetic company that needs to work on employing knowledgable people who can deal effectively with disgruntled customers tactfully.
