I brought my tv here to be fixed and although I was asked to pay a small fee my tv was fixed in two days and I received two phone calls to update the status of my tv while it was being fixed. Once to verify the price before he started and again to tell me he was almost done. Very friendly guy, he says he prefers to repair older TVS and vcrs but he fixed my modern tv quickly with no suprises. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I took my Flat Screen TV here to be repaired because when i would turn it on the picture was fine but after about 5 minutes the picture would freeze and then turn black although you could still hear the audio. I tested the television right before it was dropped off. Then two weeks later he tells me that the screen was busted, not knowing what he meant i had a friend call and he explain that my screen was physically shattered. If that had been the case i would not have brought it to him would have saved the time and effort and just tossed it. the TV was not shattered. But because i could not prove it was him i didn't get so upset but what upset me was his lack of customer service he didn't even try to listen and kept cutting me off being very rude and swearing it did not happen at his shop, he did not even care that he had an unhappy customer. I was referred to him by a friend who got his TVs repaired there and told him what had happen so we will no longer take anything there nor will we recommend anyone to. Also, found out the guy that runs the place is a drunk!! Wish someone had told me that before i trusted him with my 46" flat screen!
