Vic's Appliance Repair

I called Mr. Vic about a dryer problem. He came in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem and said he would order the part. That was several months ago. I called him back 3 times. On each occassion, there was an excuse, but he never showed. Previously, I had used him twice with no problems. I will not use him again nor will I recommend him.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Same as review below. He fixed our dishwasher with a new part which was under a 90 day warranty. I called him and he won't return call and answered when I called from a different number. After paying him $175 for service call and part, I will sum it up to an expensive mistake calling him for repair. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We called Vic to correct a problem with our dryer. He responded rather quickly and said that he had the problem fixed. He told us that if we had any more problems with it to just call him because he, "stood behind his work." The next day when the dryer was turned on it worked for about 10 minutes before quitting. We called Vic. He said that he could not come that day but that he would call my wife on her cell the next morning. The next morning came and went and we did not hear from Vic. That evening my wife tried repeatedly to call him with no answer. I called him from a number that he did not recognize and he answered on the second ring. He told me that he was just about to call my wife. He did call her and come out. He replaced the same part. He left and the dryer worked for about 10 minutes. I called him and told him. I explained that I did not expect him to come back for free. I told him that I would be happy to pay him if we were working on the wrong thing. Several days have passed and we have not heard from Vic. We just wanted our dryer repaired. We never disputed a charge or whether there should be an additional charge. We were perfectly willing to pay.
