Lange Roofing

If I could give these ppl zero stars I would. Not only are they completely unprofessional but the owner, Jaysen Lange is rude and obnoxius. My mom, who is almost 80 yo and whose second language is english called to check the status of her roofing work and spoke to a secretary before she was transferred to Jaysen Lange. My mom was yelled at over the phone by this unprofessional clown and then he hung up on her. After my mom communicated what had happened, I proceeded to call Lange Roofing and after a brief conversation with Heather, I left my name and number for Jaysen to call me back. He called me back but not to listen to anything I had to say, he proceeded to yell at me and tell me that unless I was coming in to talk to him that he would not talk to me (I live in a different state, not possible) but he also proceeded to tell me that "my mom wouldn't shut-up". I told him that we would be taking our business elsewhere and he said good. I hung up on him. What an idiot. I do not recommend this company. There are many other fine roofing companies out there. He definitely does not deserve business as his customer service skills are horrendous. Please do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for a roofer. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
