Terhune Homes Inc

We used Terhune Homes for some repair work on our sky lights and ceilings recently. We were very happy with the results - he and his team were professional, and always prompt. In addition we've had the pleasure to tour some homes that he has custom built in this area over the years during our research for our future house and were very impressed. We talked to owners who were very happy with their final product. We especially love the creativity and attention to detail, and look forward to working with Terhune Homes in the future. Cheryl K.

This contractor is not willing to meet to resolve issues. He has resorted to the unethical tactic of attempting to drive a personal wedge between my wife and me.

He got away with implementing and billing us for changes which we had not properly reviewed and approved.

Terhune left us unsatisfactory work on our fireplace, excavation and bathroom tile work. He allowed misalignment of lights over countertops in the kitchen and bathroom and refused to give us an "as-built" electrical plan to use for future reference.

Terhune failed to coordinate plans for work of its subcontractors and suppliers. This is an obvious error in management and defect in workmanship. We contend that rework is appropriately his responsibility.
