RMC SARA CONSTRUCTION LLC

Let me start by saying RMC Sara Construction Kensington, Maryland is probably the worst construction Co. on this planet. Let me explain. I am a former landlord of a 4-unit apartment building. Ricardo Martinez (Pres)of RMC Sara Construction was contracted to do a Condo Conversion 06/2015 funded by hard money lenders. Ricardo told me it would be completed 14-16 months. After a year I needed an extension for 9 months... long story short the RMC Sara Construction breach the contract failed to complete the renovation / conversion. Red Flags 1) an average Five Guys on the site, 2) fail to pay for dumpster service, 3) fail to follow DC code, 4) he was barely on the site, 5) workers arguing with neighbors. It came down to this...I was left homeless, loss of retirement nest egg, never heard from Ricardo. RMC Sara Construction LLC ruin my life. I had to start over at age 61... it took me 6-8 months to convince myself not to hire a 'HITMAN' he's not worth going to jail. This experience has caused me a great deal of depression, high anxiety I have lost my home... but, I kept my faith in my heavenly father.

The work exceeds predicted time frame. Always extra cost that don't add up and owner has no structure for his staff/time
