David C Vaughn & Company

David C. Vaughn and Company listed a house at 11 Wisteria Trail Euharlee, GA for $81,000. I put an offer in for $100,000. The house was sold for $85,000. I just talked to another agent who also bid on this house for $95,000. Both him and my agent never got any email or phone call telling them the contracts were not accepted. My agent called them many times to inquire about the status trying to get answers since they specifically asked for earnest money from us and said things which led us to believe we put in the highest offer. This company is obviously very unethical and I would be very careful about doing business with them.
