Katy Appliance

It was the middle of the hottest part of the fall in Katy Texas when the icemaker in our Whirlpool 25 Cu. Ft. French-Door Refrigerator decided to quit working. There is no way I can exist without an ice maker. So we called up Katy Appliance Repair and told them to send somebody out as soon as possible. They had a technician out the next day early. I was so surprised. He took a look at our ice maker, and before I knew it he had it back up in running. Apparently it had just gotten jammed up. He said these refrigerators do that sometime, and he even showed me what to do if it happens again. The whole visit was over in 20 minutes and the price was so reasonable. I felt like I needed to tip the repairman because the whole thing was so cheap. Great company they are fast, reliable, affordable, and convenient. That is why I recommend them to all of my friends.

I called to ask if they resurfaced appliances and was told they did not. Before I could finish asking about repairing all the appliances in our 8 unit apartment the guy hung up on me in the middle of my question.



We will take out business elsewhere!
